Annual cultural event is the Day of the Village Bystřice held in September or May.

It depends on another traditional event ZLOT - a music festival which takes place every second year in the park PZKO near the Hluchová river.

LECAV (Lutheran evangelical church) organizes classical music concerts three times a year - they are called Three Seasons of the Year.
